Whiffle golf balls
15 Hula-hoops
6 Flag markers
Written Exam
Golf Rating Scale Skill Exam

OUTCOMES:

The student will:

Demonstrate stretches used during the Golf unit to date.
Apply golf knowledge into the written exam as directed by the instructor.

NATIONAL STANDARDS: 1-5

INSTRUCTIONS:

Distribute Written Exam shown below.
Give instructions.
When exam is completed, give students time to practice putting and chipping.
