Unit Objectives:

The student will:

  1. Run, change directions, pivot, evade other students, and assume poses during Introductory Activities.
  2. Demonstrate cooperation and cooperation in the Balance Tag, Weave Drill, Spider Tag, Hoops Circle Pass, and Individual Crows and Cranes.
  3. Participate in Continuity Exercises, Partner Racetrack Fitness, Fitness Scavenger Hunt, and Astronaut Drill activities to improve fitness.
  4. Demonstrate a variety of passes, catches, and stances during the lesson focus portion of class.
  5. Demonstrate hand-offs, blocks and punting skills during the lesson focus portion of class.
  6. Practice a variety of Flag Football Plays as demonstrated in class, to the satisfaction of the instructor.
  7. Practice offensive and defensive plays as demonstrated in class to the satisfaction of the instructor.
  8. Participate in a Flag Football Tournament during class.
  9. Pass a skill exam scoring 70% or better.
  10. Pass a written exam scoring 70% or better.
