Unit Objectives:

The student will:

  1. Participate in the Move and Change Locomotion introductory activity following the instructions given by the instructor.
  2. Participate in the Move and Perform a Stretch introductory activity following the instructions given by the instructor.
  3. Participate in the Walk, Sprint and Jog fitness activity continuously moving to the best of her ability.
  4. Participate in the Pilates mat movements presented in class using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  5. Participate in the game Zipper demonstrating cooperation and good sportsmanship while following the rules of the game.
  6. Participate in the game Musical Hoops demonstrating cooperation and good sportsmanship while following the rules of the game.
  7. Participate in the game Mass Stand Up demonstrating cooperation and good sportsmanship and safety awareness while following the rules of the game.
  8. Participate in the game Blob Tag demonstrating agility, and cooperation while following the rules of the game.
  9. Participate in the game Frisbee 21 demonstrating cooperation and good sportsmanship while following the rules of the game.
