Unit Objectives:

The student will:

  1. Participate in Game activities and demonstrate agility, quick changes in direction and sportsmanship.
  2. Participate in Circuit Training, Continuity Exercises, Fitness Challenge Course and Parachute Fitness workouts to improve fitness.
  3. Perform Rhythmic Gymnastics Ball, Rope, Hoop and Ribbon skills using form demonstrated in class.
  4. Create and perform alone or with a partner a routine demonstrating skills learned in class to the music provided by the instructor.
