INSTRUCTIONS:
Each student bends over, reaches between the legs with the left hand, and grasps the right hand of the person to the rear. This continues down the line until all hands are grasped. On signal, the last person in line lies down, the next person backs over the last person and lies down, and so forth until the last person lies down, and then immediately stands and reverses the procedure. The first team to zip and unzip the zipper is declared the winner.
TEACHING HINTS:
Divide class into lines of 7-9.
Players make a single-file line.
Space lines out in area.
INSTRUCTIONS:
16 Runs clockwise
16 Runs counterclockwise
16 Jumps to center
16 Jumps back
8 count lift overhead
8 count lower to toes
4 count lift
4 count lower
Repeat all, but increase difficulty by holding chute overhead on CW run
Release on last lift.
After the aerobic movements above have been learned, stop the music, and insert the exercises below.

Using Whistle Mixer, make groups of 3.
Direct students to take 1 clipboard, pencil and 1 Task Sheet per person to assigned areas.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Two marking spots are used per squad. The first person in line is the mover and helps the next person in line move down and back. The only way to advance in this relay is by standing on a carpet square and moving to another. Moving or standing on the floor is illegal. The mover picks up the rear carpet square and moves it in front of the advancing player so that the next step can be taken. All players must play both roles before the relay is completed.
