Week #2: Basketball Lesson Plan 9 - Thursday

EQUIPMENT:

  • 1 basketball per student
  • Music for Circuit Training

OUTCOMES:

The student will:

  1. Participate in the Pentabridge Hustle demonstrating agility and following instructions during the Introductory phase of class.
  2. Participate in Circuit Training to improve agility, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance during the Fitness portion of class.
  3. Participate in the Three on Three Basketball demonstrating cooperative, dribbling, and shooting skills during the game portion of class and following the instructions established by the instructor.
