Bowling Lesson Plan 1 - Monday


  • Fitness Station signs
  • Bowling demonstration instructional CD/tape
  • Carpet for bowling lane
  • Bowling pins:  4 per group of 4 – 5 students
  • 1-Bowling ball per station.  No more than 4 – 5 per station


The student will:

  1. Participate in Rubber Band demonstrating agility, and following the instructions described by the instructor.
  2. Participate in 12 Ways of Fitness to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility during the Fitness section of class.
  3. Demonstrate grip, stance, and delivery of the bowling ball as demonstrated by the instructor and the videotape.
  4. Participate in Bowling Pin Relay as presented by the instructor during the closing portion of class.
