Week #1: Flag Football Lesson Plan 1 - Monday

EQUIPMENT:

  • 1 Football per Student
  • 10 Flags
  • 40 Small Cones
  • Music for Parachute Fitness
  • 1 Task Sheet per Student
  • 1 Large Parachute
  • 1 Pencil and clipboard per 3 Students

OUTCOMES: 

The student will:

  1. Run, change directions, pivot, evade other students, and assume poses during the Introductory Activity following the instructions established by the instructor.
  2. Participate in Parachute Fitness to improve fitness using activities demonstrated by the instructor.
  3. Demonstrate passing and lateral passing during the lesson focus portion of class using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  4. Demonstrate cooperation and cooperation in Five Passes during the game portion of class.
