Frisbee Lesson Plan 5 - Friday


  • 15 Cones
  • 1 Frisbee per student
  • Music for Four Corners Fitness
  • 1 Fleece ball per student



The student will:

  1. Participate in Frisbee Jog, Catch, and Chase demonstrating agility, and following the instructions described by the instructor.
  2. Participate in a Four Corners to improve aerobic capacity, strength, endurance, and flexibility during the Fitness section of class.
  3. Play Frisbee Golf demonstrating throwing, catching, and cooperative skills while following the rules presented by the instructor during the closing portion of class.
