Frisbee Lesson Plan 2 - Tuesday


  • 1 Hula hoop per student for targets
  • 1 Frisbee per student
  • 8 Cones
  • Music for Hexagon Hustle



The student will:

  1. Participate in Run and Assume an Athletic Position demonstrating agility, and following the instructions described by the instructor.
  2. Participate in Hexagon Hustle to improve aerobic capacity, strength, endurance, and flexibility during the Fitness section of class.
  3. Demonstrate throwing and catching a Frisbee as demonstrated by the instructor or a student.
  4. Participate in Frisbee Walk, Talk, and Catch as presented by the instructor during the closing portion of class.
