Week #1: Golf Lesson Plan 4 - Thursday


  • Music for Parachute Fitness
  • 2 Cones
  • #9 Iron for each student
  • Bucket of 10 golf balls
  • Tees for each student
  • 10 Whiffle balls per student           
  • Parachute
  • 8 Hoops



The student will:

  1. Increase cardiovascular strength during the fitness development as directed by the instructor.
  2. Demonstrate group cooperation by participating in the activities in the lesson as directed by the instructor.
  3. Will understand the safety precautions that are necessary to participate in golf.
  4. Will develop a consistent swing during practice swings and when hitting a ball.
