Unit Objectives:

The student will:

  1. Perform Hoarders, Bean Bag Touch and Go, Surf’s Up, Loose Caboose demonstrating jogging skills, agility, cooperation skills, and following the rules established by the instructor.
  2. Execute the Mirror activity in place following the movement of her partner, cooperation, and the ability to follow the instructions established by the instructor.
  3. Perform the following fitness activities using skills demonstrated by the instructor and following the instructions as stated: Challenge Course and Four Corners Movement.
  4. Demonstrate walk-jog-walk skills during the lesson focus using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  5. Perform the Orienteering Run during the lesson focus following the rules established by the instructor.
  6. Participate during the Game portion of class in Frisbee 21, Musical Hoops, Triangle and Two Tag, Parachute Ball Flip and Cageball Target Throw using form and instructions established by the teacher.
