Help Me Tag

Unit Objectives:

The student will:

  1. Run, change directions, pivot, evade other students, and assume poses during Rubber Band and Run and Change Direction Introductory Activities as directed by the instructor.
  2. Demonstrate cooperation in Triangle plus 2 Tag and Help Me Tag activities following the instructions established by the instructor.
  3. Participate in Parachute Fitness and Jump and Jog Fitness activities to improve their overall fitness.
  4. Demonstrate Cascading, Reverse Cascading, and Column Juggling skills while using one, two, and three scarves and using form demonstrated by the instructor.
