EQUIPMENT:

  • Jackpot Fitness cards
  • 12 jump ropes
  • Music for Jackpot Fitness
  • 36 clipboards w/pencils
  • 36 compasses
  • 36 Task Sheet #6

OUTCOMES: 

The student will:

  1. Improve target heart rate during the lesson focus as directed by the instructor.
  2. Complete Jackpot Fitness and work cooperatively with a partner.
  3. Dodge and change direction during Triangle Tag plus One
