INSTRUCTIONS:
Start with four or five taggers in a large area. Three or four students hold a rubber chicken as a safe area. Three students can be touching a chicken at one time. The chicken must be passed on before 30 seconds or the holder becomes a tagger. Students can yell, “Help me,” for a chicken when they are about to be tagged.
TEACHING HINTS:
Encourage students to run under control.
Students must manage themselves to make this game work. They must get rid of the chicken quickly or assume the role of being a tagger.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Start lying face down
Run around 2 chairs.
Run and hurdle over 3 benches.
High jump over bar.
Crab walk the length of the mat feet first.
Agility run around 3 chairs.
Forward roll the length of the mats.
Vault over a jumping box.
TEACHING HINTS:
Set up course with space between stations. Students do each station and then jog, skip, or run to the next station.
Music makes the challenge course more enjoyable.

Scattered formation facing partner.
Assign courts.
4 people per court.
The Server must keep both feet behind the baseline during the serve with at least one foot on the court surface at the time the ball is hit.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Run from one end of the relay area to the end and back while hitting the ball up and down on the paddle.
Pass paddle and ball to next person.
Sit when all in group have completed the relay race.
TEACHING HINTS:
Use Whistle Mixer to make relay lines of 5 – 6.
