Pickleball Lesson Plan 2 - Tuesday


  • 1 paddle per student
  • 1 Pickleball  per student
  • 1 Badminton/Pickleball court per 4 students
  • Music and equipment for Mini Challenge Course


The student will:

  1. Participate in Help Me Tag during the Introductory demonstrating cooperative skills and following the rules established by the instructor.
  2. Participate in Mini-Challenge Course during Fitness to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular respiratory and muscular endurance.
  3. Demonstrate striking the pickleball to a partner using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  4. Demonstrate serving the ball on the court using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  5. Participate in Bouncing Ball Relay demonstrating the skill of balancing the pickleball on a paddle while locomoting.
