Week #1: Racquetball Lesson Plan 3 - Wednesday


  • A Racquetball and racquet per student
  • Station cards for Fitness Scavenger Hunt
  • Eye guards
  • Cones, mats, jump ropes for Scavenger Hunt
  • 2 Clipboards, 2 Task Sheets and 2 pencils per court


The student will:

  1. Increase fitness level by performing the Fitness Scavenger Hunt
  2. Demonstrate proper backhand stroke grip as demonstrated by the instructor.
