Week #1: Soccer Lesson Plan 5 - Friday


  • 1 Soccer ball per student
  • 1 Hacky Sack/ bean bag per student
  • 2 cones per 2 students
  • Jump ropes and juggling scarves for Circuit Training
  • Signs and music for Circuit Training


The student will:

  1. Participate in the Combination Movements activities following the steps directed by the teacher.
  2. Participate in Circuit Training Exercises involving locomotor, strength, and flexibility activities.
  3. Be able to throw the ball in and thigh trap 10 times with a partner as demonstrated by the instructor.
  4. Demonstrate foot juggling skills with a Hacky Sack during the game portion of class.
