INSTRUCTIONS:
Teacher calls out movements and students follow. Movement suggestions: hop, turn around, and shake; jump, make shape in air, and balance; skip, collapse, and roll; curl, roll, jump with 1/2 turn; whirl, skip, sink slowly; hop, collapse, creep; kneel, sway, jump to feet.
TEACHING HINTS:
Scattered formation.
After each movement phrase, student will skip while waiting for next instruction.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Students do the best they can at each station within the time limit. This implies that not all youngsters are required to do the same workload. Students differ and their ability to perform fitness workloads varies. Make fitness a personal challenge.
Rope Jumping

Lower Leg Stretch
Juggling Scarves
Curl-Ups with Twist
Alternate Leg Extension

Conclude circuit training with 2-4 minutes of walking, jogging, rope jumping or other self-paced aerobic activity
TEACHING HINTS:
Tape alternating segments of silence and music to signal duration of exercise. Music segments (begin at 35 seconds) indicate activity at each station while intervals of silence (10 seconds) announce it is time to stop and move forward to the next station.
Use signals such as start, stop, and move up to ensure rapid movement to the next station.
Ask students to do their personal best they can. Expect workloads to differ.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Throw-in, Thigh Trap
Demonstrate overhand throw-in.
Demonstrate thigh trap, to foot trap.
Throw-in, Thigh Trap, and Dribble
Demonstrate skill and practice drill a given distance
Instep Kick and Trap
Demonstrate Instep Kick to partner, foot trap.
TEACHING HINTS:
Use Elbow-to-Elbow technique to create partners.
Direct students to practice throw in and trapping skills.
Same partners.
Both partners practice.
Alternate roles. Each person practices 10 times.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Student juggles bag on knees, thighs, and feet only. Strives to keep bag in action.
TEACHING HINTS:
Scattered formation.
Can challenge to count how many repetitions are possible before losing control. Identify class champion.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Review trapping and throw in skill elements.
