Week #2: Soccer Lesson Plan 10 - Friday

EQUIPMENT:

  • Music for Parachute Fitness
  • Parachute
  • 20 cones
  • 1 soccer ball per student

OUTCOMES: 

The student will:

  1. Participate in Running High Fives cooperating with classmates and following the instructions given by the teacher.
  2. Participate in Parachute Fitness Activities during the Fitness portion of class as presented by the teacher involving locomotor, strength, and flexibility activities.
  3. Demonstrate the Heading skills to pass the ball to a partner using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  4. Demonstrate the soccer skills of goal kicking and goalie defensive moves during the lesson focus portion of class.
  5. Demonstrate previously taught soccer skills and cooperation with teammates while playing Soccer Dribblerama.
