Teacher calls out movements and students follow. Movement suggestions: hop, turn around, and shake; jump, make shape in air, and balance; skip, collapse, and roll; curl, roll, jump with 1/2 turn; whirl, skip, sink slowly; hop, collapse, creep; kneel, sway, jump to feet.
The following are some examples of exercises that can be used for Pit exercises.
