Week #2: Volleyball Lesson Plan 7 - Tuesday


  • 1 Volleyball per student
  • Volleyball Courts/Nets
  • Equipment for Mini Challenge Course
  • Music and Signs for Mini Challenge Course


The student will:

  1. Demonstrate agility Seat Roll while following the instructions given by the leader.
  2. Participate in a Mini Challenge Course to music during the fitness section of class to improve agility, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic endurance.
  3. Demonstrate front and back setting during the lesson focus.
  4. Demonstrate cooperative skills by participating in One Bounce Volleyball during the closing portion of class.
