Week #2: Volleyball Lesson Plan 8 - Wednesday


  • 1 Volleyball per student
  • Parachute
  • Cones or beanbags to mark corners
  • Beachballs, if desired for Keep it Afloat
  • Music for Parachute Fitness


The student will:

  1. Demonstrate agility and running during Coffee Grinder Square while following the instructions given by the leader.
  2. Participate in Parachute Fitness to music during the fitness section of class to improve agility, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic endurance.
  3. Demonstrate spiking and dinking during the lesson focus using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  4. Demonstrate cooperative and volleyball skills by playing Keep it Afloat during the closing portion of class.
