Week #1: Weight Training Lesson Plan 2 - Tuesday

  • 3 Juggling Scarves per student
  • Equipment for Fitness Scavenger Hunt


Upon completion of the lesson, you will:

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of general safety procedures while using the weight room by passing an objective exam with a score of 100%.
  2. Understand the importance of the warm-up.
  3. Understand the importance of cool-down.
  4. With a barbell weighing 20 pounds or less, you will perform ten repetitions of the basic lifting technique demonstrating proper form.
