Week #2: Volleyball Lesson Plan 10 - Friday


  • 1 Volleyball per student
  • Music for Parachute Fitness
  • Parachute
  • Flags for Capture the Flag


The student will:

  1. Demonstrate agility, cooperation, and running during Capture the Flag while following the instructions given by the leader.
  2. Participate in Parachute Fitness to music during the fitness section of class to improve agility, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic endurance.
  3. Demonstrate the forearm pass during the lesson focus using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  4. Demonstrate cooperative and volleyball skills by playing a modified volleyball game Dig It during the closing portion of class.
