Unit Objectives:

The student will:

  1. Participate in Squad Leader Exercises, Astronaut Exercises, Four Corners Exercises, and Jump and Jog using form demonstrated by the instructor to improve fitness.
  2. Participate in the Rooster Hop Drill, Flash Drill, Coffee Grinder Square, Move and Perform a Stretch, and Pacman to improve agility and demonstrate cooperation with peers.
  3. Play Frisbee Softball, Two Pitch Softball, Frisbee Around Nine, and Speedy Softball demonstrating sportsmanship and cooperation.
  4. Play Softball following regulation rules and demonstrating skills demonstrated by the instructor during the unit.
