Week #2: Softball Lesson Plan 7 - Tuesday


  • A lot of Tennis balls or soft softballs
  • 1 bat for each leader/field
  • Music for Jump and Jog Fitness
  • Helmets


The student will:

  1. Perform footwork inside the teaching area to increase reflexes as an individual when given a command by the instructor.
  2. Participate in Jump and Jog Fitness in the Fitness lesson to help improve flexibility.
  3. Learn fielding techniques for a grounder and the ready position as demonstrated by the instructor from all softball positions
  4. Demonstrate cooperation and teamwork and softball fundamentals while playing Work-Up
