INSTRUCTIONS:
The Coffee Grinder is performed with one arm extended on ground, supporting the body weight, while the feet walk 360 degrees around the arm.
Students start at one corner of the teaching area, run to the next corner, and perform a coffee grinder on the R arm.
TEACHING HINTS:
Use Whistle Mixer to make 4 groups that will begin at each corner in the room.
On signal, run to next corner.
At next corner, student puts the L arm down and completes a coffee grinder.
Alternate supporting arm at each corner of the square.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Students begin with brisk walking. On signal, teacher/student leader direct the class in exercises. Signal students to continue brisk walking/jogging. Again, alternate given exercises with brisk locomotor activities (crab walks, push-ups, curl-ups, partner strength exercises, bear walk, etc.)
TEACHING HINTS:
Drills are continuous movement activities that combine exercises with walking and jogging.
Select student leaders to direct given exercises on signal.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Play Lacrosse with the stipulation that five members of a team must touch the ball before a score on goal can be taken.

Give one team pinnies.
Set-up several marked fields in teaching area
Cones can be used to mark perimeters and goal area
