Week #2: Rhythmic Gymnastics Lesson Plan 10 - Friday

EQUIPMENT:

  • Music for student created routines
  • Ropes, hoops, ribbons, balls: 1 per student
  • Music for Parachute Fitness

OUTCOMES: 

The student will:

  1. Participate in Marking demonstrating the ability to closely follow a partner and move under control.
  2. Participate in Parachute Fitness Activities to improve strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and aerobic capacities.
  3. Demonstrate a self-created routine using the selected apparatus.

NATIONAL STANDARDS: 1-5
