Students use a locomotor movement (run, skip, slide, gallop) to move around. When whistle is blown, students run to a partner and jump in air and give each other a “high five” and then continue moving until whistle is blown again.

Direct students to work as a team to “hunt” for the exercise space/area.

Direct four students to go to each court and follow task sheet instructions and activities.
At the end of class, distribute a handout on the different types of Dead-Ball Hinders.
