Week #2: Rhythmic Gymnastics Lesson Plan 6 - Monday


  • Parachute
  • Music for Parachute Fitness
  • 1 rope per student
  • 1 frisbee for each set of partners


The student will:

  1. Participate in the Mirror Activity demonstrating creativity, changes in direction, rhythmic awareness, and cooperative skills.
  2. Participate in Parachute Fitness Activities to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and aerobic capacities.
  3. Demonstrate rope swinging, circling, figure-eights, and Schottische step skills using form demonstrated by the instructor.
  4. Participate in Frisbee 21 demonstrating throwing and catching skills, cooperative skills and following the rules established by the instructor.
