INSTRUCTIONS:
Object is to tag other players without being tagged. Players that get tagged must sit where they are and wait for 10 seconds. They can re-join game. If two people tag each other at the same time both must sit down.
TEACHING HINTS:
Scatter formation.
Every player is a tagger.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Dribbling using inside and outside of both feet.
The doer will dribble the ball 10 times each with the inside, outside, left and right feet to the cone and back, then switch places with your partner.
Repeat 5 times.
Inside Kick and Trap: Demonstrate skill and drill.
Use the inside of your foot and pass the ball to your partner standing 10’ away from you. Partner returns ball to you. Repeat 5 times.
TEACHING HINTS:
Place cones on field 10 feet apart for practice areas.
Use Back- to – Back to create partners.
Encourage students to give their partners constructive feedback.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Two players try to keep the Frisbee from being touched by the third person who is lined up between them. Rotate the center after 20 seconds.
TEACHING HINTS:
Put students in groups of three with one Frisbee.
Players may not run and move around the area.
If a poor throw is made and not caught, the center person can choose to opt out of the center position.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Ask students what techniques they worked on in class.
